Step 1.

Customer Account Information

To ensure a smooth and successful onboarding experience, Elevate 3PL requires complete and accurate customer account details at the outset. This information allows us to tailor our services to your specific needs and streamline operations from day one.

Please provide the following:

• Company Name

• Company Address

• Primary Contact Information

• Accounts Payable Contact

• Order Entry Method

• Order Management System

• Preferred Payment Method

During the onboarding phase we will provide all of the proper documentation needed for a successful onboarding experience.

Step 2.

Product Information Collection

As part of our onboarding process, Elevate 3PL will provide the necessary documentation to gather your product details. This is one of the most critical steps in ensuring a successful implementation and seamless operations moving forward.

During this phase, we will collect and verify the following information:

• Unique SKU Numbers (Each SKU must be distinct. If you offer bundles or kits, we will analyze and configure these appropriately before integrating them into our system.)

• Item Descriptions

• Tracking Requirements (Lot number, serial number, expiration date)

• Primary Unit of Measure

• Quantities

• Product Dimensions (Length, Width, Height)

• Additional Relevant Attributes

Accurate and complete product data is essential. Getting this right from the start allows us to build a reliable and efficient fulfillment process tailored to your business

Step 3.

Integration Information

Accurate integration details are essential for a seamless onboarding experience and long-term success for both your business and Elevate 3PL. To ensure smooth connectivity and efficient order processing, we require the following information:

• E-Commerce Platform Details or EDI Specifications

• Direct Contact Information for Your Integration Specialist

• Order Management System (OMS) in Use

Providing this information upfront allows our team to configure systems correctly and avoid delays during setup.
